Assistant Fitness Manager Job in London
The Company
Our Client is a well establish Fitness and Wellbeing chain of spas and resorts throughout the UK. With 4 sites, our Client prides itself on service, facility and staff excellence.
The Role
We are currently assisting our Client in the search for an Assistant Fitness Manager for their site on the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire borders. This role is very hands on and you will be involved in all aspect of the gym – from instructing to teaching, from personal training to fitness testing. As Assistant Fitness Manager, you will be expected to aid the Fitness Manager with the smooth running of the department. In the absence of the Fitness Manager, you will be expected to make decisions on behalf of the department.
The Person
We seek a professional from within the industry, preferably from within a 5 star resort environment. To be considered for an Assistant Fitness Manager, you must have a recognised fitness instruction qualification, personal training qualification and ideally exercise to music qualification. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service, high level of knowledge, ability to think on your feet, confidence on the gym floor and in the studio. Your communication skills and presentation must be of a high standard.
