Member Service Manager Job in London

The Member Service Manager role is a high profile position; you will be the main contact for the Customer Care Team who in turn are the first point of contact in club for members. You're helping to create environment our members want, so it's important your personality reflects ours. A real empathy for helping people will come naturally to you.
I'm looking for a self motivated strong leader, who can multitask in sometimes pressurised surroundings, with the ability to ensure personal and team targets are achieved and exceeded. Your understanding of effective stock control and accurate cash handling skills will be key to the success of your team. You'll also be experienced in people and process management, have a calm professional manner when dealing with complaint's or queries, and have the passion to deliver the highest standards of product quality and cleanliness throughout the club.
