Shift maintenance electrician
Ref: GUM/9262/FH
Salary: GBP31,000
You will be working for a leading maintenance contractor on a corporate contract in the City of London. This is an important contract and you will be joining a team of electrical maintenance engineers.
·You need to be customer facing, and have a good all round building maintenance background.
·You need to have Electrical City and Guilds (2360) Parts 1 and 2, and you're 16th Edition.
·You also need to have previous experience in a similar maintenance role.
·You will be spending most of your time dealing with electrical maintenance.
·You will be working from a PPM schedule to ensure equipment within the property is maintained to the highest possible standards.
·You will also deal with reactive and emergency works as necessary.
·The team is predominately electrically trained, as most of the equipment on site is electrical, but there are certain elements of mechanical maintenance.
·Your will maintain the back up generators, UPS systems, three/single phase motors, pumps, switchgear, AC units and power supply to the building. You will be working as part of a team, but will be expected to work off your own initiative when necessary.
