Building service maintenance electrician day shift

Salary - GBP29,000 - GBP30,000
My client based on a very prestigious site in the city of London is looking to recruit a highly skilled maintenance Electrical Engineer to joing their fast passed team. Due to the site being client driven all candidates must maintain a high level of presentability.
Although the site is considered one of the finest and highly prestigious in London the equipment ranges from brand new to very old, as a result of this the position would best suite someone who has extensive experience on a variety of on site kit.
Experience with the following would be essential
·UPS
·Star Delta Motors
·Switch Gear
·Generators
·Pumps
·Motors
·A/C
·Single Phase
·3 Phase
·VAV (not essential)
·Valves
·AHU's
Expected experience and skill set
·City and Guilds parts 1 and 2 (or equivelant)
·16th Edition
·Background in Building Services (Essential)
·Presentable
·Hard working attitude
·Self motvated
