Continental shift engineer

International maintenance contractor based in London is looking to add to their team with a highly skilled shift engineer with a solid building services history.
Your duties will include working on all aspects of Electrical planned and reactive maintenance along with PPM's, Emergency lighting and BMS systems. Basic Mechanical skills would also be an advantage, this would include work on AHU's, Motors, Pumps and Valves.
Due to the nature of the site the applicant must be very client facing and be able to demonstrate the confidence to meet with the client and explain any technical issues on site. The shift pattern will be 4 nights follow by 4 days off, and then 3 days follow by 3 nights then have 4 days off. The next shift is 4 days followed by 6 days off, and then the shift pattern starts again.

Candidate Requirements
·City and Guilds Parts 1&2.
·16th Edition.
·A proven track record in Building Maintenance.
·Multi-skilled - Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering , AHU's, Pumps etc
·Good communication skills
