Web developer for online tv community company

Exciting new ecommerce venture seeking web developer to work for a full time project (can be part time under the right conditions), to build a CMS in either php or dot net, with some flash integration. Experience with content delivery networks or streaming video essential. Preference with Drupal or other open source CMS. Must have video and community build experience. Must be willing to work from clients office for the project. Located in Kensington, London.
Exciting project for a developer to join a fast growing start up who thinks strategically about their contribution to the success of the business. We are exploring both contract and permanent.
