Graduate developer position

This is an exciting opportunity for a Web Development graduate to further develop their skills by producing websites and web applications for real-world clients. You will work under the supervision of our Technical Manager, initially developing websites within our Content Management System (CMS), then working on plug-ins and the CMS itself as your skills increase.
You should already have the following skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both technical and non-technical.
- A good understanding of object-oriented programming.
- An Understanding of issues involved with programming for the web.
- Be a hard worker and able to meet realistic deadlines.
- Be a quick learner.
You should be able to hit the ground running with following tasks:
- Converting Photoshop website templates into fully compliant and accessible XHTML / CSS.
- Implementing website user interface functionality in JavaScript.
- Basic to intermediate level coding in PHP, producing readable and fully documented code.
- Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL.
You must want to:
- Develop your object-oriented PHP programming skills.
- Work in a predominately creative environment with a large range of clients.
- Learn to develop websites and web applications in an existing application framework.
