Web projects manager

One of London's fastest growing media companies invites you to join their buzzing team.
As a Web Projects Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with array of clients and a diverse team of developers. You will have direct liaison with clients on web devlopment projects, as well as the opportunity to lead a results-driven freelance team whilst having a significant input in the delivery and implementation of web technologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with a small focused team. This diverse role requires an individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills as they will be responsible for working on multiple projects, client liaison and team leadership.

Your experience
* Excellent understanding of web technology
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Prioritisation and time-management skills
* Knowledge of: HTML, CSS, Fireworks, Microsoft Project
* Excellent communication skills - able to communicate with developers, designers and clients
Your roll will include:
Team Management
* Able to take control of any situation
* Creating Design and Development Briefs
- Assisting in Managing a team of Developers and Designers to build Django/Python and Wordpress/PHP powered websites
* Assist in leading the development team from initiation to completion of various projects
* Ensuring that the development team are suitably kept up to date
* Responsible for reports where appropriate on resource usage and delivery
* Assisting in recruiting developers / designers
Project Management
* Assist in the overall planning and scheduling of development projects within the team
* Assist with resource planning and delivery of projects
* Responsible for the escalation of any delays, issues or concerns to the client liaison officer.
* Responsible for ensuring that project management processes are adhered to.
Delivery Management & QA
* Ensuring that all work is completed and uploaded in a timely manner
* Ensuring that all work is tested and adheres to agreed standards
* Working closely with the client liaison officer, providing update reports
* Content Administration for testing sites
* Quality assurance testing at every level of development
Supplier Management
* Be responsible for all communication regarding development and client servers
* Be responsible for client and in house domains.
