SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR
Property Management –Special Project Team
An exciting opportunity has opened with a leading UAE bank for Senior Property Management Surveyor. You will spearhead a team, representing the banks interests and ensuring the clients meet the contract obligations.
Job Purpose
As the Senior Property Management Surveyor, your role will be to ensure that the Developers contract with the bank is managed to the highest standards of professionalism and ensure the banks fulfilment of clients contract obligations.
Reports to:
CEO, Head of Asset Management and Head of Property Management
Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing the Process of Plot Transfers from Master Developer to Sub-Developers (multiple plots) and ensure that systems and process for effective property management of the Property Portfolio are handled in accordance with the conditions set out in the bank's management agreement.
* To lead and grow the Project Property Management Team, initially five staff to start with.
* Define performance standards for every aspect of the Property Management function and measuring same.
* Management of Contract by bank with developer
* Ensure client reports issue to developer
* Ensure all Verification Agent and Operational Advisor Tasks are fulfilled in accordance with contract
* Ensure that customer service delivery to all stakeholders is at the highest standard
* Report on activity in PM to senior management
* Liaison with External Consultants and MOU / Strategic Alliance partners to ensure maintenance and professional services delivery for the role.
* Establish, maintain and review clear systems and procedures for PM service delivery to Developer.
* Monthly Reporting to Developer as per the Bank's contract Conditions
Experience and Qualifications Required
* Must have a relevant degree, preferably RICS qualified or equivalent
* Proven track record in property management.
* Experience in a similar position where you have reported on Property Management activity to senior management.
* Where you have liaised with external consultants and MOU /Strategic Alliance partners to ensure maintenance and professional services delivery.
