The candidate will be need to no in Adobe some of theses Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign and must no html java . In addition to that, a good understanding design .
Experience must have worked working with very high standerd web sites Designer beneficial.
Other desirable skills:
* Awareness of website usability and accessibility issues
* Full appreciation of graphics and screen layout constraints
* Strong creative flair with plenty of ideas
* A background in graphic design or fine art is an advantage
