Senior design post with technical competence allowing someone the chance to become a keystone in the control of new projects and guide staff with intricate detailing ideas .

Well established practices with Hotels, Interior Design, Luxury Interiors, Mosques, Palaces, Islamic architecture etc.
Quality designs with bespoke or classical and sometimes elaborate schemes
Role
Due to the number of staff in this office you will be offered a keystone position allowing total control of design ideas, controlling new projects and guiding the eager but junior staff beneath you. Very passionate team who strive on getting quality and highly detailed projects completed to tight deadlines.
Other schemes include luxury hotels and beautiful mosques and Islamic themed large designs.
Very intricate work and material details, so you will develop far more than a shell and will alter the overall look dramatically.
Person;
* Experience in hotels/luxury interiors/classical building schemes are essential
* Competent in design suggestions AND solutions to allow you to take more control of the projects
* The ability to mix with new and experienced staff and accurately guide junior team members
* Real construction awareness as you will not solely create concepts – you will need to design so they actually get built
