Intermediate technician

This busy and profitable architectural practice have a vacancy for a Architectural Technician from either a CAD Technician or architectural background.
This company is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice who have a real focus on design work on a wide range of projects from Education to Master Planning and are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician. This outstanding opportunity has arisen in our clients London, EC3 office. The types of projects they work on covers most sectors, including retail, leisure residential and commercial, education developments
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced architectural technician and will assist in the development of your current skills and experiences as they offer an excellent staff training programme. Some of the upcoming work they have planned include the following: regeneration of town centres in the South East and a larges mixed use scheme that incudes a large sports centre.
Requirements
· CAD proficient, preferably AutoCAD
· Knowledge of UK Construction Methods
· Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
· Job Running experience useful, but not essential
· Experience of working with a range of project types of significant value
