Design architect

Architectural vacancy with a studio based in Kings Cross, looking to employ a Design focused Architect. This client is willing to offer up to GBP40,000 PA with additional benefits and bonuses for the right person.
Regeneration is happening all over the UK and this practice is winning more and more work for their understanding of large scale project delivery.
Following recent competition successes and recognition for some very high profile regeneration schemes this growing practice is offering the opportunity for a strong Design Architect to join their design team. You will work on large urban scale schemes being built across the UK and Europe and in addition you will be able to follow the design ideas through to a practical completion as part of the role. There is an opportunity to progress with your career towards Project Director in the future along with a fantastic working environment. AutoCAD experience would be preferred but isn't essential. A UK background would be highly advantageous due to the nature of the projects and an understanding of the UK system would therefore be essential.
Other duties in this job will be to produce and present concepts to clients for large schemes so experience with these packages and skills will be a distinct advantage.
Skills:
· RIBA Part II or III equivalent with demonstrable practical experience - senior level experience preferred
· Retail/regeneration experience a distinct advantage
· UK based project design experience
· An understanding of exceptional design - proven successful competition history
· AutoCAD preferred
· Practiced with 3D Studio Max, Illistrator, Photoshop and Sketch up
· Understanding of UK architectural trends and fashions are also key
