Experienced part ii ori architect

SMC Chartered Architects have a Part II/III Architectural Job based in Central London, near Oxford Circus W1W.
Listed in the top 100 UK Architectural Practices, they are looking for either an experienced Part II or recently qualified Part III Architect to join their Central London team. You will work in a variety of sectors including: residential, mixed-use, education, government, sport and leisure, health, research, transport, commercial and retail. Major projects currently being undertaken are in education, hotel and residential disciplines.
The Position:
SMC Chartered Architects require support with a large GBP40M project for East Surrey College. SMC have also undertaken the refurbishment of the Harbour Heights Hotel that is situated at Poole Harbour. You will have the opportunity to work on a number of large-scale projects of this kind. You must have a good balance between your design and technical ability and show Job Running experience. As the major projects currently being undertaken are in the education, hotel, and residential sectors, experience from at least one of these sectors will be preferable. Knowledge of the UK Building Regulations and experience working on UK projects is also desirable.
Candidates should possess the following skills:
-A good balance between design and technical ability
-Job running experience
-AutoCAD Proficient (preferable)
-In practice experience, preferably with experience in the Education, Hotel, and/or Residential sector.
-Knowledge of the U.K Building Regulations and experience working on UK projects (preferable)
