Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist vacancy is currently available with a practice renowned for its design quality across a broad range of commercial sectors.
Based in stunning offices overlooking the Thames this practice has established itself a leading player in London's architectural scene with over 50 years worth of projects to its name in fields spanning office, retail, leisure, residential, hotel and industrial. This practice is willing to pay up to GBP45,000 with additional benefits for a competent and practiced person in this role.
The practice prides itself on producing intelligent, sustainable-led schemes that are aesthetically striking whilst retaining sound functionality.
This practice is now looking to employ an individual with sound technical knowledge to join their team as a Technical Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for advising the design teams of all technical, specification related, procedural and legal matters with regards to their projects. You will also be expected to keep up with the latest developments in construction best practice, including H&S; and sustainability, in order to act as a key source of information for the practice.
