Quantity Surveyor Required To Work In Central London Up To 6

My client is a central London based construction contractor. They work in the Fit-Out & Refurb sectors. They are a relatively compact family owned business. They have been in existence for over 100yrs!
They have a consolidated flow of projects and consequently they have no issues as far as the current economic climate is concerned. They are cash rich and win new business on a daily basis.

They are looking to recruit a Snr Quantity Surveyor on an immediate basis. You must have extensive experience of working with Measured Term Contracts. This is an absolute pre-requisite.
You may have had experience of working on projects up to and in excess of GBP100 million or may have worked on very small projects of far less value. More importantly you will be capable of leading from the front and exceeding all expectations/targets throughout your working career.
This is not a role for an individual without a real hunger to drive their career forward.
The learning curve will be steep but the rewards will follow suite.
It goes without saying that you will have a comprehensive set of construction-based skill-sets. You will need to have a stable work history with either a main or sub-contractor.
