They are known for carrying out premium grade projects for an exclusive clientele. They have just begun work on an exciting multi-unit development in Central London. The project will culminate in a number of residential units of the highest order.
Literally no expense will be spared. Make no mistake, this is not your average high-spec residential project. This is a project in which the individual residential units will be worth in excess of 4 million pounds. 
You must be a seasoned practitioner with experience of operating as a Lead/Project Surveyor. Comprehensive procurement knowledge is absolutely essential. Excellent knowledge of the Refurb/New-Build sectors is an absolute must.
You must be supremely confident in your own abilities and be ready to meet the considerable challenge that this exciting project poses.
