Senior Quantity Surveyor Education Job in London
Due to the recent appointment on an educational framework, my client is looking for senior quantity surveyors with a PQS background.
As a leading construction consultancy, they are able to offer a high level of service to clients across a number of sectors including aviation, rail, retail and housing amongst others.
Education is proving to be a big growth sector for this firm and they have a busy order book in this sector which has put them in a very strong position financially despite a difficult time in the economy.
The successful candidate will have experience in public funded projects or ideally education. They will have experience of pre and post contract duties in a PQS environment with the ability and confidence to present in front of clients. RICS accreditation will be a distinct advantage.

Salaries although negotiable are likely to be in the band of GBP50-GBP55k with a benefits package on top.
