Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required to join a general main contractor based in West London.
Responsible for a number of new build and general refurbishment projects in London.
Duties included in this role would include preparation of cost plans, tender evaluation, preparation of recommendations for award of sub-contractor packages,
Measuring and valuing variations and final accounts. An excellent opportunity to join a friendly medium sized contractor initially on a freelance basis but with a view to securing a permanent contract. GBP240.00 per day (Ltd Co)
