Our clients are the leading player in their industry, providing Warranty and Insurance services to car / bike / truck buyers through car dealerships, whether independent, franchise, or dealer groups.
Training Manager
We are seeking a highly mobile Training Manager to cover a large region, including the NW, N, NE of England and all of Scotland.
The primary duties of the role will be to train the Sales Force covering Areas within this wider Region.
This will require an individual with:
Strong motor-industry knowledge, ideally from within a motor-finance / motor-insurance related field;
The existing knowledge or ability to learn, quickly and in detail, the technicalities of products such as warranties, GAP, PPI and SMART;
Solid IT, presentation and training skills;
The ability to undertake a role which will involve 2-3 overnight stays per week on average;
The desire to conduct a very on-the-road job role, with significant driving;
Full, (clean) UK drivers' license
Remuneration:
Basic salary starts at GBP40,000 per annum, which will be reviewed in 6 months with a view to GBP45,000. After 6 months, a bonus scheme will also come into play.
The position comes with a fully expensed BMW 320, and other tools of the job (mobile, laptop etc).
