P Time New Business Developer Role

Position: Part Time - New Business Sales Executive
Salary: Negotiable, OTE negotiable
Location: Sutton - relocating to Croydon Town Centre July 1st 2008

ROLE:
You will be responsible for developing relationships with International Property Estate Agents, Independent Financial Advisors and businesses that either import or export. All of which you would gain commission for.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Contact affiliates/Financial Directors and introduce the company, with professionalism setting them apart from their competitors by outlining their benefits and features.
b) To develop qualified leads where your can call a client make them aware of what service and products the company provides.
c) Enter all calls or contacts onto their database. Including all contact information in a systematic way and categorise, i.e. hot leads, warm leads, cold leads.
d) Database management, this means adopting a proactive approach and maximising and converting all potential leads to a suitable conclusion. Knowing when a client or agent needs to be called on again or followed up.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
a) Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years tele-sales experience, with a track record of success in establishing themselves in a new business environment. This can be either B2B or B2C.
b) It is essential to have confidence and be an organised self starter, quick learner, i.e. is able to explain the product to a property agent or client and follow on the conversation using initiative and a proactive approach.
c) Punctual and reliable time keeping is a prerequisite.
