Weekend Legal Wp Operator 8 00am 6 00pm Tbc
Leading law firm based at London Bridge require an experienced Legal WP Operator to supplement the services provided by allocated secretaries in various departments. This will include production/amendment of complex documents and assisting with overflow work during weekends.
Responsibilities
* Copy typing
* Audio transcription
* Amendment of complex documents and travelling drafts
* Document scanning using Adobe Acrobat
* Document scanning using OCR and reformatting
* Bookmarking and index linking bibles of documents to be burnt on CD
* Liaise with clients and understand their needs
* Meet deadlines
* Ensure Client Services Manager is kept up to date with any issues
* Ensure clients are kept advised if any problems occur
Person Specification
* Excellent technically ability on Microsoft products and ability to trouble shoot (as very little support during weekends)
* Unflappable temperament
* Professional approach
* Ability to work as part of a team and/ or on your own
* Highly motivated with a positive and cheerful approach
* Open and approachable
* Flexible and adaptable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Eye for detail
