Spanish Law firm requires:
Basic Spanish speaking person with LEGAL experience. The right individual must have experience from working in a UK based Law firm.
Monday - Friday 4-8pm
The successful candidates duties will include:
Reception duties/ Switchboard/ Greeting clients
Diary management via MS Outlook
Organising meetings, set up video and telephone link equipment
Booking restaurants, taxi's, couriers etc
Creating presentations on PowerPoint
Typing letters, emails
The candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Motivated and a quick learner
Team player
