Commercial Contracts And Commercial Property Lawyer
An ongoing locum is sought by this council to the south of London to carry out an interesting Contract Lawyer role. The work will involve drafting, negotiating, amending and completing contracts including contracts for works, goods, services, social services and IT. You will also be expected to provide advice on procurement in accordance with European Union regulations. There will also be an element of Property Law such as drafting, negotiating and completing leases, licences, rent guarantee agreements, rent review memorandums, and other documents pertaining to dealings with land.
