Relationship Manager - FIA Technology Services, Inc.
General Summary:
The Relationship Manager will learn how to use the FIA Electronic Give-up Agreement System (EGUS) and eGains. The individual will also provide user support for the systems.
Supervision:
The Relationship Manager is supervised by the President of FIA Technology Services Inc.
Responsibilities:
Primary Tasks:
+ Set up firms in EGUS and provide 1st login training for administrators
+ Respond to requests from executing and clearing brokers to contact customer/traders in regards to give-up agreements while maintaining confidentiality.
+ Work with accounting regarding quarterly billing
+ Coordinate EGUS user group meetings in Chicago, London, & NYC
+ Set up firm profiles in eGAINS
+ Serve as back up trainer for Technology Manager
+ Take the lead in special projects for EGUS/eGAINS
+ Facilitate growth within EGUS/eGAINS
Administrative Tasks:
+ Manage email distribution lists
+ Produce minutes of FIA Tech meetings
+ Manage and support consultants
+ PDF/Copy/ file hard and electronic copies of EGUS & eGAINS forms
+ Set up Conference calls
Qualifications:
+ Strong Work ethic and team work mentality
+ Self – motivated individual who can work independently
+ Articulate and capable of managing multiple tasks
+ Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and respond to clients and vendors in an expedient manner
+ Good judgment to make decisions and execute tasks independently
+ Computer literate in desktop software (MS Office) with proficiency in Excel
+ Attention to detail and organization is a MUST
+ Very strong communication and relationship building skills with clients
+ At ease speaking with confidence in front of medium size groups
+ Ability to travel and work long hours when required for work projects
+ Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years relevant work experience
+ Knowledge of the financial services industry and specifically futures industry is a plus
