Color scientist engineer

A Japanese large global leading company is seeking a Color Scientist/Engineer.

Color Scientist/Engineer (1 Year Contract-to-Hire Position)
A Sr. Software Engineer who can design, develop and enhance the proprietary color management utilities. The candidate must have solid knowledge on color science and color technology for printing, rich experience in color algorithm design for input or output device and should have the ability to complete and release products on schedule.

Requirement:
+ Proven track record of color algorithm design and development for commercial products on schedule.
+ Programming skill in C/C+.
+ Excellent English writing skill for technical specifications test/evaluation reports and research papers.
+ Capability of decision making and problem solving complicated system.
+ Experience of Color Science and Technology
+ Knowledge of characteristics of pigments.
+ Experience of Digital color Printing or Imaging Technology.
+ Capability of decision making and problem solving complicated system.
+ "Can Do" Personality and enthusiastic person for learning new things.
+ Must have minimum BS, CS education.
+ Minimum 6 years of experience in the color science related field.
+ Minimum 4 years of programming experience.
+ Knowledge of MFP (Multi-functional Peripheral) skill prefers.
