Maintenance technician mechanical electrical engineer

One of the UK's leading Main Contractors is currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to work within their Maintenance team.
The main Responsibilities:
·To apply relevant trade skills to undertaking scheduled planned and reactive maintenance tasks as directed by the M & E Supervisor / Ass' Prop' Serv' Mngr / Prop' Serv' Mngr.
·To maintain appropriate qualifications, and up-to-date trade knowledge, as may be required for the safe and efficient performance of duties
·To immediately report any potentially dangerous situations to the M & E Supervisor / Ass' Prop' Serv' Mngr / Prop' Serv' Mngr.
·To order materials and services as required using ordering system and updating records, certify satisfactory delivery / completion.
·To oversee specialist contractors
·To ensure the satisfactory, prompt and accurate completion of any associated paperwork as required by the company, i.e. job record cards etc.
Main Duties:
·PPM's
·Re-active maintenance
·AHU's
·FCU's
·Pumps
·Motors
·Lighting, Emergency Lighting
Min Qualifications/Knowledge & Skills Required:
City & Guilds (or Equivalent 1 & 2)
16/17th Edition
Good customer relationship skills
Pay 29k+ Depending on Experience
