Project Manager Job in London
Project Manager
At least 8 years experience in a consulting or software development role including some Project Management. Experience in implementing package software products like Siebel, Peoplesoft, Oracle Financials, etc. Background in a technical development environment and solid working knowledge of relational databases (ie, Oracle, SQL Server), operating systems (ie, NT, Solaris, UX), and hardware platforms. Experience with software development and quality assurance processes, methodologies and tools. Excellent customer relationship, organizational and follow through skills, as well as a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the Callidus Software implementation process by coordinating customer personnel and Callidus Software personnel to assure successful implementations of Callidus Software applications.
+ Develop implementation plans; issue lists, status reports and other written documents in accordance with the Callidus methodology.
+ Develop presentations to convey Callidus Software's commitment to the quality and success of its implementation projects.
+ Participation in pre-sales activities where appropriate.
+ Mentor a rapidly growing group of Callidus Software's Consultants and Business Managers.
+ Participate in the training of new Callidus Software Implementation Managers.
+ Generate proposals and implementation plans.
+ Responsible for leveraging and enhancing methodology
Qualifications:
+ BSCS or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of 8 years experience with enterprise application deployment such as Sales Force Automation, Financial Application, ERP, HRMS, or Manufacturing products (Financial Services)
+ Knowledge of object oriented technology, structured programming, data structures, and algorithms.
+ Proven track record managing all aspects of a consulting project.
+ Experience in implementing and integration in multiple diverse environments
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
