Mechanical Maintenance Engineer London 31 5k Job
Mechanical bias maintenance engineer is required for an amazing new build city property in London City. The building is unique in design and boasts fresh and innovative equipment. The right engineer will have at least 10 years experience in commercial maintenance and hold a building services qualification. You will be working in a team of engineers so must be able to communicate well with others as well as the client. Specific duties will include maintenance of all air conditioning units, controls, water and heating systems, plumbing and plant room equipment. You will be asked to work an 8 week rotating shift pattern. You will also be required to work 3 out of 8 weekends. You will be working direct for the buildings client so you will be entitled to 25 days holiday, private health schemes, overtime allowances and a free gym membership.
