Job details:
- Implementing of a project management and integrated General Ledger accounting system and Cash management system
- Customer A/R Management
- Accounts Payable and Bill Payments
- A/ R Collections and control
- Prepare financial reports and data needed for the Financial Director
- Prepares data and financial information in an Audit-able manner
- Job Costing System implantation
- Maintains an orderly and secure working environment safe guarding the financial data and information of the company
- Monthly Financial Reporting and Closing
- Cash flow reporting coordination
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- College degree or additional education in Business specifically Accounting and Finance.
- Three or more years experience as a Accounting Clerk or Manager
- Skilled in developing and executing Accounting systems and data
- Skilled in data entry, data management, supplier and collection relationship management
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and computer savvy
- Extensive experience with Quickbooks
- Knowledge of financial statements required for running a profitable business unit
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently, effectively managing their time without supervision
