Responsibilities include
A. Caring for Geriatric and Adult psychiatric patients
B. Assisting RN in delivery care
C. Observing Patient Behaviors
D. Leading patient activity programs
E. Leading Co-facilitates nursing programs
F. Assisting Patients with activities of daily living including, walking, feeding, bathing, toileting, and other hygiene needs
G. Conscientiously takes vital signs, records accurately on the graphic sheets, and reports any deviations from normal readings.
H. Perform Foley care and discontinues urinary catheters as ordered. Provides wound care, colostomy care, etc. Performs accu-checks, EKGS, and other examinations and test as per assignment
