Job details:
There will initially be a significant amount of data input - processing jobs, purchase orders, invoices and expenses. In addition the person will get involved in work in progress, billing, and be responsible for the purchase ledger including reconciliation of supplier accounts. They will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the accounts function including nominal ledger input and analysis and ad hoc data analysis. There will always be an amount of data input not although as the person gets more proficient it will become a smaller percentage of their workload and they will be able to take on more interesting jobs.
Requirements:
We are looking for a bright person who is anxious to learn and progress within the company.
The entry requirements are a good degree (2.1 or above), and some related accountancy experience, either through an accountancy degree or at least 6 months relevant experience at GCSE. The candidate must be willing to study for ACCA exams and the company offers a generous study package. They must be willing, articulate, hard working and a team player.
