Job details:
Convey routine and ad hoc reports to the FP&A crew
Create financial policies and procedures.
Create estimates, operating plans, forecasts, reviews, reports.
Make processes that meet business needs.
Drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability.
To drive operating performance and act as champion for cost productivity, optimization, inventory accuracy and utilization.
Requirements:
Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
Irrefutable experience in a financial position
Ideally have 5 years solid FP&A experience with a BS degree in Finance or Accounting similar discipline
Ideally have previous experience working inside the Financial Services
High degree of PC expertise with professional abilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
Powerful verbal and written communication skills
Powerful interpersonal and leadership abilities
Ability to anticipate, identify, and determine complex financial problems
Some experience of managing projects.
Track laid out of meeting stretch objectives
