Job details:
A hospital is seeking an acute and competent Chef de Partie to keep the hospital in providing an exceptional food and beverage service to patients, visitors and staff. You will be assisting the Head Chef. You will prepare and present fresh food for consumption inside the hospital, and preserve a safe and hygienic working atmosphere. You will be accountable for the kitchen and its productivity in the absence of a line manager, and retain stock levels and order stock when needed.
