Job details:
You will aid Ofgem in its work to regulate distribution monopoly networks effectively, by developing policies in relation to electricity and gas networks, connections, price controls, and the commercial and regulatory framework. You will monitor the effects of our decisions and policies and formulate public documents setting out our policy.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
PC literate, including use of MS Excel or Open office spreadsheets
Should be able to display a high level of competency in developing policy, skill in numerical examination and in handling huge quantities of information, exceptional communication abilities and the ability to organise, thought and manage tasks
Astronomical background as an economist or other similar sector involvement
