Job details:
Managing a team of 15 you will be responsible for all hard and soft services for the site. Working closely with the Chief Engineer you will also ensure the development and delivery of PPM schedules. This large site presents an array of continuous improvement opportunities as well as the need to develop a team of highly skilled engineers, both electrical and mechanical.
You will be an experienced Facilities Manager with both hard and soft services knowledge and have a proven track record of Facilities Management and ideally have worked within an Engineering/Manufacturing arena before.
You will be able to communicate at a high level, be comfortable giving presentations and making business cases. You must also be able to show a clear history of running a facilities department with full Profit & Loss responsibility.
