Full Time Position Based in Wimbledon

This is a fantastic opportunity to get in at the early stage of a potentially explosive web application, that will change shopping habits for millions, bringing the power of the web to help enhance the high street shopping experience.
We're looking to recruit an enthusiastic, capable, and driven individual to head up our Web Development team.
Essential Skills Required:
* Experience of design and development of commercial websites
* Experience of design and build of commercial, scalable SQL databases with good design skills.
* Preferably solid PHP skills with a framework, such as CodeIgniter
* You must have a creative flair about you with regards to system architecture and be able to contribute ideas.
* Must have demonstrable experience of the above
Prefered:
* CSS/HTML
* Javascript/Jquery
Day to Day Duties will include;
* Leading the Design and Development of the site and database including day to day management of the existing development team.
* Management of the front end and server end of the existing web application written in PHP to a framework.
* Managing optimisation and scalability of the database and systems architecture.
* Working to a timeline with defined milestones
