Manga artist needed ASAP!!-paid

Hi there

I am looking for a creative, colourful manga artist. This will be for a personal gift for my friends' wedding present on the 3rd of August, so it will need to be a quick turn around. I would prefer someone in the Reading or surrounding area, simply for time and ease reasons, but if you are within London, that is also fine too; I will simply pick the picture up.

I will be able to offer upto 45 for this, but I would prefer the qulity to be the best it is possible, and I will be giving you an array of pictures as I would hope the two figures in the picture to partially resemble them. Because of the money, it would be great to hear from Manga students as well as those with experience; it is open.
