Location: Colchester
Up to 70,000 plus Package
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead, manage and support all pre and post contract commercial activities working for a sub division of this main contractor offering rail signalling services in Ireland and the U.K who offer planning, design, installation, testing and commissioning services for all types of rail signalling.
The Commercial Manager will have full commercial responsibility and the role includes the management of the project QS team together with financial and management reporting, working closely with the Project Director the successful person will be focused upon completion of the project within budget, whilst ensuring that procedures are adhered to, you will liaise with all parties to ensure the project runs smoothly.
The Ideal candidate will come from a quantity surveying background and good have a good understanding of the Rail or M&E industry.
