Location: Harrow
70-80,000 Per Annum + Package
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join this leading M&E Engineering Company who are at the forefront of design, build and installation industry.
The role is based out of the Uk Head Office in Harrow.

You will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting all pre and post contract commercial activities.
The Commercial Manager will have full commercial responsibility and the role includes the management of the project QS team together with financial and management reporting, working closely with the Project Director the successful person will be focused upon completion of the project within budget, whilst ensuring that procedures are adhered to, you will liaise with all parties to ensure the project runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will come from a quantity surveying background and good have a good understanding of the M&E industry.
