Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer - Birmingham 35-45k

Due to an expanding work load, my Client is currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the M & E Department in the Birmingham Office. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you would be joining the team in a wide diversity of projects in a range of sectors including, High-rise, Commercial, Residential, Retail and Industrial. The role of the Senior Engineer will be to manage their own projects, undertake detailed design to the required standards and take into full consideration CDM and QA standards, and the programme deadlines.The Senior Mechanical Engineer will also be involved assisting the team leader in resourcing projects, to achieve the required standard and deadlines. They will liaise with design teams to develop the construction working details, attending detail design meetings as necessary and liaison with Trade Contractors.

The ideal candidate should ideally have obtained or be close to obtaining Chartered Engineer status, with the CIBSE, however applicants with proven design experience in the M&E industry would also be considered.
