This leading UK construction company, Spanning 85 years, has become one of the most respected builders in the South West.

Based in the Bristol the Building Services manager will be co-ordinating the development of information between the Architect, the Project Team and Client Consultants and managing the M&E services packages from pre start through to commissioning. You will be working on new build projects, mainly schools/colleges, distribution sheds or food processing plants valued to around
320m.

This role would suit someone with experience of project managing M&E services for a large M&E contractor, or someone with a trades background who has experience of project managing services co-ordination.
