Building Services Design Manager- Harrow- to 60K

A vacancy has arisen for a Building services Design manager to come and join a very large national contractor who currently have an annual turnover of around GBP 300 million.

The Building Services Design Manager will be accountable for:
Close liaison with the estimating department
Value engineering and value management input
Project analysis and procurement of design consultancies
Full overview and management of external designs and designers
Assisting with project teams on the delivery of project in accordance with commercial and financial constraints
Ability to instigate and deliver innovative ideas.

The successful Building services Design Manager will benefit from an annual salary of up to GBP 60,000 and a benefits package which consists of Car/Car allowance, Bupa, Pension and also 25 days holiday and also the opportunity to progress through a well known and highly looked at building services contractor.
