Building Services Manager
Our Client is a rapidly expanding Total FM provider, providing FM solutions to clients ranging from the public sector to prestigious blue chip organisations.
They now seek a Site Manager to manage the hard services within a prestigious medical research facility in Central London.
Candidates will have previous M&E maintenance experience within a medical, pharmaceutical or laboratory environment and will be equally knowledgeable of both mechanical and electrical systems.
Management duties will include: budget management, direct report and sub-contractor management, project management, PPM management and client liaison in order to build a strong and productive relationship.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a prestigious organisation for a progressive company and comes with a competitive salary of up to £45k plus a generous benefits package.
