Dutch Speaking Telemarketing Executive Job in London

The Company:

Our client, a very successful company is currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Telemarketing Executive to join their offices in Birmingham.

The Role:

The position will involve defined outbound calls to IT executives in The Netherlands to generate qualified sales leads. These leads and setting appointments for the Telesales team to close the business. The role will also involve handling inbound sales enquiries and requests from customers.

Another part of the business is to manage administrative functions of projects, assisting in the training of temporary workers and new staff as well as deputising the team leader in his/her absence.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must be fluent in Dutch to mother tongue standard or equivalent as well as possessing fluency in English. An excellent telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. Previous market-research, telesales, telemarketing or customer service experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. Good PC skills are essential, as are good questioning and listening skills.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for this position is between £13,000 and £16,000 basic depending on skills and experience with an OTE of £3,000 pa.
