Base £18,000 - £25,000 + huge Commission
Our client is a true Consultancy, not an agency. They are an innovative and successful organisation, with specialist divisions in Accountancy & Finance, Food Manufacturing, Legal, Marketing & Sales, dealing with a wide range of clients across the UK. They provide all the tools and resources good recruiters should demand, including huge advertising & marketing budgets, the latest technologies, full admin support, clear direction & guidance, and outstanding earning potential. Their staff turnover is very low; they are not a 'hire & fire' firm, they will offer training and help to ensure all Recruiters achieve peak performance.
You'll join a lively, sociable team, currently enjoying high levels of success and working from impressive, open plan offices. The work is varied & challenging, there's only limited business development as the emphasis is on account management and candidate attraction. To be considered you'll need previous recruitment experience, from any sector.
