Control Administrator

City Investment Bank urgently requires a Technical Finance Control Administrator to regularly monitor controls to benefit the Banks requirements. Duties include, reviewing of HR monthly data to identify delegate changes, follow up authority mandates, assisting with training procedures for HR databases, completing procedure notes, operation risk management assessments, updating management on progress reports, developing web based education and training programs. Ideal candidate will be part qualified or by experience, have experience of audit / controls, strong accounting coupled with excellent communication skills. 02031024420
