RECRUITMENT - HEADHUNTER
Base £20-25,000 + Commission + Benefits
COMPANY & ROLE: An international search firm is looking to add a headhunter to their international banking team. Working on the identification of talent, you will be responsible for first contact of suitable candidates to interest them in new job opportunities and develop a qualified network that will be clearly aligned to future assignments. An exciting role, which is very people orientated you will be working alongside highly experienced consultants who will give you support and direction to achieve set goals and objectives. You can expect an OTE in year 1 circa £50,000 + and much higher in year 2 as your experience and network will be considerably stronger.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You should be a graduate with an excellent academic profile with experience in a direct sales environment or a role that requires elements of persuasion. Previous headhunting experience is preferred but not essential. You must also have excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
