A vacancy has arisen for a Building Services Commercial Manager to come and join one of the most experienced specialists Mechanical and Electrical Building services Contractors in the UK.
As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for providing legal advice to the Regional Director on all
matters within the Southern Region, ensuring that Company Policies are adhered to. Duties will include:
Advising the Regional Director and Senior Managers on all legal matters relating to the Region/Business
Units including adjudications, litigation and insolvencies.
Controlling the legal, contractual practices and relationships with clients, contractors and sub-contractors.
Examination of contractual and legal documents and to provide commercial advice regarding the tender
submissions.
Vetting forms of agreements, contracts, sub-contracts and non-standard conditions and negotiating with
clients and sub contractors.
Liaising with Courts, Insurers, Adjudicators, Solicitors, Administrators and Experts, as necessary.
