A vacancy has arisen for a M&E Quantity Surveyor to come and join one of the most experienced specialists Mechanical and Electrical Building services Contractors in the UK.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the financial management of mechanical and
electrical services for the contract / contracts in conjunction with the Contract/Project Engineers.
Activities will include setting contract documentation, preparing post contract enquiries, financial and
contractual control of Sub-Contractors accounts, preparing and agreeing schedules, assessment of
contract variations and liasing with the client, main contractors and other departments. In addition, the
jobholder will issue contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims.
The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will benefit from an annual salary of up to GBP 50,000+ a benefits package which includes Company car, Bupa, Pension and also 25 days holiday.
